Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2, 2026
Who these terms are with
Sentinel is operated by Flat Abs Fitness LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Sentinel”, “we”, “us”). These terms form an agreement between us and the business using the service (“you”).
Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum governs and forms part of this agreement. Our own processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Service overview
Sentinel provides analytics, attribution, alerting, automation, and integration tooling for merchants and agencies. By using Sentinel, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with platform policies that apply to your connected accounts.
Beta and evaluation access
Parts of Sentinel are offered as beta or evaluation features. Beta features may change, break or be withdrawn without notice, may produce incomplete or incorrect output, and are excluded from any availability commitment. Where access is granted for evaluation, either party may end it at any time. Do not rely on a beta feature as the sole basis for a decision you could not reverse.
Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data, credentials, and integrations you connect to Sentinel.
- You are responsible for maintaining any required website disclosures, consent flows, and compliance notices related to tracking or cookies.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of Sentinel complies with Shopify, Meta, Guesty, and other platform terms that apply to your account.
Access and credentials
You authorize Sentinel to store and use access credentials and webhook secrets needed to operate connected integrations on your behalf. You may disconnect integrations at any time, but historical data already processed by Sentinel may remain in reports unless separately deleted.
Attribution and analytics
Sentinel reports attribution and performance using available tracking, order, and booking data. Reporting is best-effort and depends on the quality and completeness of incoming platform data. Sentinel does not guarantee that attribution outputs will exactly match third-party platform-reported results.
Ownership
- Your data is yours. You retain all rights in the data, creative assets and credentials you connect to Sentinel. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.
- The platform is ours. We retain all rights in the Sentinel software, models, interfaces and documentation. Nothing here transfers ownership of it.
- Aggregated statistics. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify you, your customers or your account to operate and improve the service. We do not publish your identifiable performance data, and we do not build cross-customer profiles.
Availability and support
Sentinel may update, improve, or modify service behavior over time. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention. Support is provided through the agency or support channel associated with your Sentinel account.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it reports will match a third-party platform.
No reliance for financial or tax reporting
Sentinel produces estimates for operational decision-making. Attribution is modelled, not measured, and depends on data quality outside our control. Its output is not accounting, tax, audit or legal advice, and must not be used as a system of record for statutory financial reporting. Reconcile against your books and platform billing before relying on a figure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel is provided on an “as available” basis. Sentinel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, platform outages, integration failures, or attribution discrepancies.
Termination
You may stop using Sentinel at any time by disconnecting integrations and ceasing use of the service. Sentinel may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, security risk, unpaid service obligations, or violation of applicable platform terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. For a material change we give at least 30 days' notice by updating this page and notifying the account contact. Continuing to use Sentinel after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you may stop using the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Utah have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to that venue. This does not deprive a consumer of protection under the mandatory law of their place of residence.
